4.1 Przedmiotem zamówienia pn .„Budowa magazynu” są roboty budowlane w ramach wykonanych dokumentacji projektowej „Budowa budynku magazynowego OC”
Budynek zaprojektowano w konstrukcji stalowej –ściany oraz dach wykonany z blachy stalowej trapezowej T8. Posadowiony nażelbetowych stopach fundamentowych. Więźba stalowa. Kąt nachylenia połaci 5 o. Budynek zaprojektowano na planie prostokąta, przykryty jest dachem jednospadowym.
Budynek o wymiarach 16,34 m dla elewacji frontowej oraz 7,24 m dla elewacji bocznych.
