4.1 Przedmiotem zamówienia jest sukcesywna dostawa żywości do Gminnego Zespołu Opiekuńczo-Wychowawczego w Kurzętnik zgodnie z zapotrzebowanie Zamawiającego. Zamówienie podzielone jest na 8 części. Szczegółowy wykaz asortymentu został wypisany na formularzach asortymentowo-cenowych zał. 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8 zamówienia wraz z wykazem i ilościami dla poszczególnych szkół z podziałem na 8 części zamówienia:
